TEAM BUS:
Be at Lifestyle for 10am sharp…..
for 10-15am departure.
RASC warm-up is scheduled for 11.30am.
There will be a Fish and Chip Shop stop on way home…….so please remember bring some money for this.
Please also note there is a £5 charge per swimmer towards the cost of the bus.
Important Information
This week there are some changes to training.
On Wednesday there is no land training at 6pm. Everyone will be together at 7pm.
There is no Saturday morning training.
Sunday training will be between 3pm and 5pm with everyone doing 2 hours.

Warm-up is 12 noon.
We ask that each swimmer makes a contribution of £5 towards cost of bus, paid on the day.

Kilmarnock Centenary Gala 2019
This Meet will be held on the 1st September. This is another team event, invites have been emailed out and more may be sent out in the next few days. For some this is the first event of the season so would like to see as many swimmers there as possible. There are individual swims and relays and medals as well as points are on the line. This has always been a fun team event. Swimmers will be told their swims on the day the same as all team events we have entered over the years. We will be supplying a bus, contribution is £5. We ask that as many swimmers travel on the bus as possible so that we travel down as a team.
